Here at APA we make a valiant effort to get you the right product to suit your individual needs.

Shipping

Online orders of $300 or more are eligible for free shipping.

*Orders will be shipped out at 12 noon eastern time each business day. Orders placed after 12 noon eastern time will be shipped out on the next business day. Please feel free to call or email us any time with questions or concerns. 

 

Note that UPS does not deliver on Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air on weekends. 

APA encourages all customers to purchase shipping insurance. We are not a logistics service and have no control of products once they have left our facility. By purchasing shipping insurance, the products are covered by the insurer if lost or damaged in transit. APA is not responsible for the chosen logistics network's practices or mishaps.

Returns & Exchange

In the event that you need to return or exchange; mail your order to the address below with the order number, info, and an explanation for the return or exchange.

All APA OEM Parts must be new, unfired, unused, not discontinued or clearance and in original condition in order to be returned for refund or exchanged. Clearance items are non-refundable. Non-clearance items will incur a 20% restocking fee.

If an exchange is needed, the customer will cover shipment costs on items in route back to APA and we will ship new items to the customer. If expedited shipping or shipping insurance is requested on exchange, the customer will be responsible for costs. 

In the event that any APA OEM Part is defective (broken, non-functioning), or a mistake is made on our end, we will issue a full refund, credit or exchange upon approval by management.

Returns from retailers or vendors on unsold parts will not be accepted after 90 days from purchase order date.

American Precision Arms reserves the right to accept or refuse any return or exchange.
